I’ve been training clients since 2000, helping people get stronger, move better, and stay consistent long term. My approach is simple: train hard, but train smart.

I started lifting at 14 playing football, and after serving in the Marine Corps, I worked as a fitness trainer helping Marines improve performance while staying healthy and ready.

I’ve also worked with athletes at all levels, including youth athletes, helping them build strength, move better, and develop a strong foundation early.

I’ve competed in bodybuilding since 2008 and powerlifting since 2015, which shaped how I coach today—strength matters, but staying injury free matters more.

Strength & Performance
Structured, goal driven training that actually progresses.

Injury Prevention & Rehab-Based Training
Programs built to fix weak points, improve movement, and keep you training—even if you’re dealing with aches, injuries, or setbacks.

No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just a plan that works.

Success in sports isn’t just physical. If it were, hard work alone would be enough.

I help athletes and everyday lifters improve how they think, train, and perform. My work combines mental skills coaching with structured exercise programming so you’re not just working hard—you’re actually moving forward.

Mental Skills Coaching
We build the mental side of performance—confidence, focus, routines, and handling pressure. This is about developing real skills you can use in training and competition, especially when things aren’t going your way.

Exercise Programming
I create structured strength training programs designed to help you train with purpose. For beginners, that means learning how to use equipment, follow a plan, and build confidence in the gym. For more experienced athletes, it’s about having clear direction and progression.

In your first session, we map out a step by step plan based on your goals so you know exactly what to do next.

If your mind is getting in the way, we fix that.

Robert is a strength coach who keeps things simple and effective. He’s been working closely with teenage weightlifting athletes, helping them build strength, improve technique, and develop discipline early in their training.

His focus is on doing things the right way—solid movement, consistent progress, and no wasted effort. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to improve performance, he’ll meet you where you are and push you forward.

His favorite quote:

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable"
