Hi, I’m Coach Farnham, and I’m excited to be your guide on this fitness journey!
I have a Doctorate of Psychology in Sports and Performance, I'm a licensed mental health counselor, a Conjugate Tactical Coach through Westside Barbell, and a NASM Behavior Change Specialist.
Since 2016, I’ve been helping athletes and general exercisers develop both the physical and mental skills to succeed.

As someone who once struggled with gym anxiety and had little confidence, I know how overwhelming it can feel to start your fitness journey.
