Last week, we had our first of four FREE sessions as part of our Intro to Strength Training Seminar. Coach Ryan spent an hour discussing the fundamentals of strength training and how to build a basic strength training program designed for your goals. This seminar is every Wednesday this month from 5:30pm-6:30pm and is FREE. See our home page to register or just show up!
