In The Gym
Have you noticed we've been posting training sessions four days a week? These sessions are made to help you get stronger overall and are great to follow if you'd like to try a new type

Also, Tarra has opened up spots to a few people for training or coaching. She does a great job using her background as a mental skills coach and personal trainer to help you meet goals in the gym while teaching you how to work out more efficiently.

The Vertical Bar
The Vertical Bar had its grand opening on Aug 14 and it was a hit! Since then, almost all of her pole classes are full and people are starting to get interested in the floor and chair classes. Our coaches have been working together with Tracy on a dual pole/strength training program where we combine pole tricks with strength training exercises to help you get those moves down. In the Powerlifting World
We went to the World Powerlifting Organization's (WPO) Super Finals in Ft. Lauderdale this past weekend. For those of you who don't know, this is THE premier event for geared powerlifting. What's geared powerlifting? In a nutshell, it's when lifters wear specially designed suits that allow them to lift more weight. Obviously, there's more to it and we'd love to discuss this with you!

Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Classes: These classes occur three days a week with a focus on building overall strength through variations of the squat, bench press, overhead press, and deadlift. Each class has a maximum of four students, so each student has the coach’s full attention. These classes are structured for true beginners (never picked up a bar before) to expert level (where we build on technique and strength). These are NOT a series, and you can drop in on any class you choose.
Conditioning Classes: These classes are generally 30-minutes long to provide you with an efficient mix of cardiovascular and weight training. This class is perfect for those who want to lose weight, “tone” (lose body fat), or get stronger. Each class has a maximum of four students, so each student has the coach’s full attention. These classes are structured for true beginners (never picked up a bar before) to expert level (where we build on technique and strength). These are NOT a series, and you can drop in on any class you choose.

6 Week Pre- & Post-Natal Package: This package is essential for pregnant or new moms! Our coach is certified by Girls Gone Strong in Pre- and Post-Natal Coaching and is excited to safely help you get back into fitness. We also work with your OBGYN or Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist if you have concerns about your recovery.
Each package is $220 and includes:
· 6 Personal Training sessions (valued at $55 each or $330 total). Located at Rhino Strength & Performance
· 6 Week Training program at Pro Level (valued at $112.50). Designed to meet the goals you set with your coach for where you prefer to work out on your own, at home, or our facility.

Get Moving Package: You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from mental skills coaching! This type of coaching is crucial for those struggling to get motivated, stay consistent, or do not know how to set clear goals. During our three 30-minute sessions together, we will identify the barriers you face and develop a clear plan of action to get you started. These sessions are spaced out over one month to let you practice and then revise together as needed. This is not a personal training package but a great precursor to starting a new fitness program. The cost of this package is $195.
