I'd be kidding if I said we haven't been busy, but we did take some time off this weekend for self-care. What does that mean? We noticed we have been running around a lot and not getting family time and relaxing time regularly. Therefore, we took this weekend and kept it low-key, which was needed. How often do you take time out to slow down for a few moments?
This weekend, our in-house pole studio, The Vertical Bar, will be opening its doors with a Grand Opening Celebration. Tracy will be giving FREE 30-min short intro classes and hands-on from 10am - 3pm to answer any questions. There will be cupcakes...so, you should come just for that :D. We also just finished up our Intro to Powerlifting for Teens and Kids summer camp. We had a blast and can't wait until next summer to do it again. However, you don't have to wait until then to get your child or teen strength training.
