Deadlift for Doggos Fundraiser

CALLING ALL ANIMAL LOVERS! This month, we are teaming up with the Gulf Coast Humane Society to raise money for their animals! We'll try something new this time by using the whole month to raise funds through deadlifts!


Oh yeah! We're also competing with other local gyms to raise the most money! So let's get going!!!


The goal is to get as many people as possible to pledge money to you per deadlift (or a total amount) to be collected by the 3rd of October. You let us know that you want to participate, and we will reach out weekly to get your deadlift count. We will keep a running tally of the number of deadlifts (sumo, conventional, block, deficit, stiff leg) you do each week on a leaderboard. Then, at the end of the month, you let your donors know how many deadlifts you did and send them a link to donate to the fundraiser. Once all funds are collected, we will present a check to Gulf Coast Humane Society. It's super easy!

Class Schedule

Make sure you're booking on the weekly schedule by 9 pm the night before your class, unless you reach out to us the day of. We will cancel classes with no students signed up by then, so it's super-duper important you book your time.


Class Descriptions

Conditioning Class: Every Tuesday from 12pm-12:45pm AND Thursday from 6pm-6:45pm


This class will help you increase your cardio, strength, and endurance at the same time, which makes it a perfect mix! The small group format is ideal for individual attention from the instructor to ensure you’re using the correct techniques. The cost is $10 per class.




Strongman Saturdays: Every Saturday from 11am-12pm

Every Saturday from 11-12, we will teach you a new strongman skill or help improve those you already know! Great for beginners through advanced and those just interested in learning what the Strongman sport is. The cost is $10 per class.
