Strength & Conditioning Classes

We've started our strength & conditioning classes this month and it's been great! We'd love to see more people come give it a shot, so let us know how we can motivate you to get in here!


FREE Intro To Strength Training Seminar

We started this FREE seminar back in June to help our community understand how to program and complete the Big 3 lifts correctly. Since then, we've been asked when we're going to have another one.


Well...we have some GREAT news! Our next Intro To Strength Training Seminar will be every Tuesday in October from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. This is FREE, so get down here! Click HERE to register!


This is a great way for you to test out strength training and see how AMAZING it is for every person's health & fitness goals.

At the beginning of this month, the FL members of TCU went hiking at Myakka River State Park. Okay, I'm not the world's biggest fan of hiking, but I love the outdoors, so I went.

I'm so glad I did. We had an awesome time joking around, climbing a huge tower, and laughing about my legs shaking non-stop! This team has so many great members and we can't wait to see what they can do once they're ready to start competing.
